AGENCY - Behind the Scenes

• Back in 2005, before I came up with the comic's name, AGENCY was about a world being taken over by Pokémon creatures.
• Afterwards, nearing 2006, it took a romantic parody turn for quite awhile.
• Initially, the reason Sandy was in AGENCY was because Plankton was one of the many villains. Now it's just because she's awesome. 
• Maria Robotnik was the only human in the comic-- she served as Shadow's voice of reason in the shape of an angel. She was removed due to her not fitting in with the new plot, which is far less supernatural.
• Initially, this was going to be a Sonic/StarFox crossover, but soon got bored and went after something more unique.
• The Sonic cast in the first AGENCY was: Sonic, Knuckles, Rouge and Shadow. Only Shadow remained.
• The StarFox cast in the first AGENCY was: Fox, Slippy and Krystal. Only Slippy was removed. For some reason, I found him quite hard to write lines for.
• PaRappa the Rapper was the final main character to be added at the last minute.
